An Affordable Community for Active Adults 55+

Tucked along Roberts Trail and just minutes from Barrett Parkway, The Legacy at Walton Heights has all the charm of a small town where everybody knows your name. Neighbors gather in the courtyard to share the day's news, and many residents have called this community home for more than a decade. Our one- and two-bedroom apartment homes feature energy-efficient appliances, crown molding, and designer lighting, with elevators, a fitness center, library, and the Legacy club room just down the hall. Walton Heights is a smoke-free Breathe Easy community, and pets are welcome, too. There's always something worth circling on the calendar, from monthly Legacy Programs with Mission 1:27 to the much-anticipated annual Legacy Luncheon. With a long-serving management team who knows residents by name and some of the highest resident satisfaction in the Walton portfolio, it's easy to see why folks stay.

Proudly part of Walton Communities, locally owned and managed in Georgia since 1989, Walton Heights is one of our Neighborhoods that Matter. We can't wait to welcome you home.
