- One time Fee $275.00 per pet
- Deposit $125.00 per pet, refundable upon move-out
- Rent $20.00 per pet, per month
- Cats - allowed
- Dogs - allowed
- Restrictions: Exotic, Vicious, or Aggressive Breeds. No pets less than 1 year in age.
